The tower shape does match 23 Marina in Dubai Marina closely, as your image shows. But the video has large illuminated Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi billboards + Batman logos right beside it—those exist only on Yas Island, Abu Dhabi (no WB park or signs near Dubai Marina). So this specific footage is Abu Dhabi, despite the architectural similarity. Impacts reported in both cities this week.
