Good morning to you all ✨🙂✨ We start today with a photo of The Royal Pump Room #Harrogate - Did you know one of its most famous visitors in its heyday was Tsarina Alexandra of Russia in 1911? It opened as a museum on the 22nd May 1953. #StayHomeSaveLives @HarrogateMuseum

#CURATORBATTLE Harrogate's Ancient Egyptian Anubis mask is surely the #besthat. It's one of a kind in the world, and was probably buried with the priest who wore it when performing mummification rituals.

We’ve taken the decision to close the Museum from tonight. This reflects the need for us to do what we can to encourage greater social isolation in light of the spread of the coronavirus . We will remain closed until further notice. harrogate.gov.uk/covid19
