I feel sorry for Rosenior. He's been thrown into a dream job, but it's come too early for him. Even elite experienced coaches will struggle to be successful at Chelsea right now. Success is one thing, but I've never felt so disconnected as a fan. This isn't the Chelsea we love.

Enzo Fernandez has been at Chelsea for 3 years. To have already made 150 appearances is testament to his fitness, leadership and commitment to the club. 52 weeks a year, 50 top flight games on average per year - that's ridiculous considering travel + international games. Elite.

David Luiz comes back to Chelsea tonight. Shame about his exit from the club, but he's a legend for me. From winning the Champions League while carrying a hamstring injury, to winning the league and playing with a injured knee - he sacrificed it all for the badge. Warrior

I know he is portrayed as a 'yes man' for the BlueCo ownership, but I can't help but really like Liam Rosenior and how he communicates with the players, press and us fans. Our owners aren't perfect, but I feel more connected to the side than when we had Lukaku, Ziyech etc

The Liam Rosenior Era starts at Chelsea tonight. Look, it's a huge gamble, but I love his confidence and communication skills, and if he can back that up tactically, an exciting period lies ahead. Whatever your opinion on the appointment, he deserves our support. Come on 💙💪

I have my obvious concerns with Liam Rosenior, but there's no doubt he appears to be a promising coach and good communicator. Whether you agree with the appointment or not, I really hope he does well because that means Chelsea are successful again.

It's mad to think that Calum McFarlane is the 2nd best manager Chelsea have had since the new ownership took over. Better than Potter, Better than Pochettino. Now chasing Maresca for number 1 😉

We lack leaders at Chelsea, but make no mistake, Enzo Fernandez is a leader

Not sure he will get the Chelsea job, but if not, McFarlane has probably just landed himself the Strasbourg position

If I'm Liam Rosenior, I'm bringing in my own backroom staff, but requesting these two are part of it. Steve Holland - wealth of experience as an assistant and knows the English boys from Chelsea/England John Terry - no words needed. Legend with coaching experience.

I'll back any new manager that comes to Chelsea, unless they bring Raheem Sterling back to the first team 😂 In all seriousness, let's get behind the new coach regardless of whether they deserve the job. It's a dream opportunity for many coaches and would be for us fans too 🔵

I think it speaks volumes that this ownership wants a 'long-term head coach' yet we are now looking for our 6th manager in that time. The only long-term project they've achieved so far is trying to find a front of shirt sponsor.
