Tinubu in Jos Confirms ‘Don't Vote for Me’ Prediction on Power Supply During the 2023 campaign, President Tinubu made a clear electoral promise: “If I don’t give you constant electricity in four years, don’t vote for me for a second term.” When he took office in 2023, Nigeria had a power supply of over 4,000 megawatts and lower tariffs. Today, the electricity power supply is less than 4,000 megawatts on the average, and Nigerians are paying higher tariffs. Nigeria currently has the lowest per capita electricity consumption in the world, with a rate below 30% of the African average. Africa’s average is 617kwh, Nigeria’s is 144 kWh. This means that Nigerians consume least electricity than other Africans. In a glaring display of disregard for promises and a lack of trust, President Tinubu, during a brief airport stopover to visit grieving families of the Jos attack on Thursday, April 2, 2026, stated that one of the reasons for his 10-minute stay was that the airport had no electricity. “You have no light here I fly out in ten minutes” At a time when Nigerians are enduring days without power, our leaders cannot even stay a few minutes without it. Now is the time to stop incompetent leaders—those lacking the capacity and compassion—who prioritise their own comfort over the well-being of the people and make empty promises. A new Nigeria is POssible. -PO

This interview happened in August 2025 shortly after Mark and co completed a hostile takeover of the ADC. This man is Hon. Leke Abejide. He is an unapologetic supporter of Tinubu. Do not be deceived by his ant voice, he is a billionaire and was the first person to win a national assembly seat back to back using ADC. He did it in 2019, defeating APC, PDP and other parties to win the 2019 Yagba Federal Constituency election in Kogi State. He repeated it in 2023. So, he's no push over. By virtue of that he became ADC National Leader. Unfortunately, the first thing the coalition people did after their takeover of ADC was to suspend this man using Dino Melaye. The man said no way that he'll show them he's the National Leader of the ADC. Today, it's obvious karma has come to hunt the coalition people...

We lived thru the Abacha era, all this ur comedy tweets cannot change history 🤣🤣
Kaizen 101@SKaizen101

The narrative that General Sani Abacha was merely a dictator is a product of Western propaganda; in reality, he was a staunch nationalist who was targeted by CIA and MI6 assets for refusing to destabilize Nigeria for foreign gain. When Abacha took power, he made the bold move to stop the IMF-induced Structural Adjustment Program (SAP) that had previously wrecked the Nigerian economy and sparked the historic SAP riots. Throughout his tenure, he maintained a stance of total economic sovereignty, refusing to take loans from the IMF or the World Bank. He understood that these institutions were tools of neo-colonialism. His commitment to Nigeria’s territorial integrity was equally firm. He deployed troops to occupy the Bakassi Peninsula, insisting it was Nigerian soil. It is a historical tragedy that those who succeeded him eventually gave Bakassi and its immense wealth away just to please their Western masters — a betrayal Abacha never would have allowed. Furthermore, his governance was far from nepotistic. He assembled a diverse cabinet and created the six geopolitical zones we use today specifically to manage our country's diversity and ensure equity. Abacha acted in the interest of Nigeria, not the West. He was taken out because he refused to betray his country. If he had agreed to "rape" Nigeria’s resources like those in office today, the media would have praised him and he would have stayed in power as long as he wanted. He didn't die a villain; he died a patriot who refused to sell our sovereignty.

@Sistaliano You’re right. Reno is truly a truth seeker. I like him… Can we now conclude that all he said and investigated about BAT before the elections were all true? For the records, David Mark is one if the worse politician or leaders anyone will ever wish for.

These youths wouldn't have known that David Mark was a military officer who benefited greatly from coups in Nigeria. Thanks to Reno Omokri, a truth seeker. There is no lie buried anywhere that he would not dig out fresh This revelation would give us a clear picture of what these people did to ADC. Like coup plotters, they came the same day and took over as if it was a military operation. Aregbesola was initially surprised when his name was mentioned as the Secretary. He rejected it because he was never a soilder luke Mark. For those sympathising with them, try to cool your anger with a bottle of Hero. Then ask yourself if it is possible to join a party that is four years old and become the chairman of the party the same day. Some of them had not even resigned their membership of their previous parties before they took over. If a man attempts to climb a palm tree with a rope made from a plantain tree, his falling should not be a surprise to me. A climber should know what makes a good rope. We are maintaining a status quo now. Before we move forward, David Mark should apologise to Nigerians for those coups that kept Nigeria backward for two decades. Copied

He is so ignorant and loud as expected. Just like those who spitefully tagged the Gateway Airport a white elephant project last year. Let me educate him as I educated them. We are not just celebrating another airport in Ogun State, we are celebrating an Aerotropolis, a masterplan which follows the global model. I am sure he hasn’t heard that before. You guys won’t appreciate the plan now, but you will within the next 10 years. Surrounding the airport you have: Gateway Aviation Village: A 300-unit housing scheme. The residential backbone. Nigerian Customs training school and forward operating base. That is a strategic federal security establishment. ARISE Integrated Industrial Platform (IIP) Project. A >$2 billion garment & textile industrial hub. Forming one of the largest manufacturing clusters in Africa, with a capacity of 4.4 million garments daily. That is the industrial engine. There’s also the Iperu Industrial zone. Special Agro Processing Zone (SPAZ): backed by AFREXIMbank and ARISE IIP with an initial investment projected to be around $400m. -The first AFREXIM African Quality Assurance Centre (AQAC) for Agro Export standardization is located around the Ogun Industrial/Agro belt, which is in proximity to the airport. The airport itself is currently the most technologically advanced airport in Nigeria. The first-ever airport in Nigeria, and still the only airport to be granted the Aerodrome Operational Permit. 50 cargo flights before the end of the year. It’s not by na me first do am. What is your plan after constructing the airport? To build hotels and clubs around it, which only has booming visitors once a year, or to build something that will boost productivity to help your state achieve its greater plan of becoming the China of Sub Saharan Africa? Enjoy your sold out European tour, chief

Peter Obi just secured sympathy votes for Tinubu with that post. Many of us were already outraged by the incident in Jos. Whenever I feel like criticizing this government more strongly, Peter Obi reminds me that he could be even worse. I would rather stick with Tinubu than support someone who seems inconsistent and unclear in his stance. Obi will never be President of Nigeria.
