Didn't want the two kittens at my AirBnB fighting my skip rope, so I decided to be insane and do my HIIT in the Vegas heat.
25 min. 40s on. 20s off. Skip rope and cardio burpees.

Freak canoe accident this weekend led to it capsizing. My phone slid out of its ziplock bag. It is now at the bottom of the lake.
To summarize, I've been remaining calm, but I'm not really ok.
It carried gigs of photo and video memories. Somehow the cloud didn't back them up.
