The matters pertaining to online gaming including challenge to PROGA could not be taken up today due to paucity of time. Mr. C. Aryama Sundaram, senior counsel mentioned the matter & requested that the matters may be taken up on a short date when it could be heard. Hon’ble CJI agreed to list the matters on a short date, possibly in February, when it could be taken up & heard.
