#BITCOIN Rate of Change (ROC) ROC is a pure momentum oscillator. It's also known as a market bubbles indicator. ROC past peaks & #BTC tops were correlated. As for bottoms, Bitcoin was in the zone of Maximum Opportunity when it tagged the 🟢 line. Currently tagging it. 🫡

Another way of looking at the lack of mojo in this rally is by comparing total oscillator points gained across time. This rally tied for best in 2022 for breadth, but it's clearly the worst for price movement. Bulls, unleash the fury!!!

When this indicator goes below -3.3, the stage for a massive fall in #DXY gets set.

The equity risk premium for stocks vs. bonds has collapsed to the 2007 level. What you notice is that stocks usually bottom when the ERP reverses to new highs (blue arrows, lower pane). Meaning bonds rally and stocks collapse. Which is what happened in 2008 and 2020.

$TLT clearly broke below its 2013 low so it's now headed to the next major support area from 2011 in the 88-93 range. The bear market low is likely to occur in January or February, in proximity to the bear market low in stocks.
