How to Stay Unemployed in 2026: - Wake up at 11 AM and say “market is bad” before even opening LinkedIn. - Apply to 2 jobs in a week and expect HR to fight over you. - Keep watching “Day in the Life of Google Engineer” videos instead of learning skills. - Write “Open to Work” but never open your laptop. - Spend 6 hours choosing a portfolio font and 0 hours building projects. - Learn 0.5% of React, then tweet “MERN Stack Developer”. - Ignore DSA, ignore communication skills, ignore internships… then blame college placement. - Keep saying “AI will take all jobs anyway” while AI is actually helping others get jobs faster. - Copy projects from YouTube and pray interviewer never asks questions. - Ask salary first, role later. - Make resume with 5 pages, 20 skill bars, and 0 real experience. - Post “grind never stops” and then sleep the whole afternoon. - Wait for motivation instead of building discipline. - Say “startup culture is toxic” after getting rejected from one internship. - Spend more time on Tech Twitter drama than actual coding. - Learn every new framework for 2 days and master none. - Keep planning roadmaps instead of following one. - Call yourself “future billionaire founder” with no product, no users, no code. - And most importantly: Never take rejection as feedback. Take it personally. Quit silently. Congratulations. You have successfully secured unemployment with consistency and dedication.

my morgan stanley interview experience: round 1 started with my intro, then he went deep into my technical background, freelance work and all projects from my resume. explained each one properly. then my recent freelance work in detail. after that he asked about my workflow of building apps with ai. i told him my spec driven approach... he was actually impressed then opps question ... never seen that type before but i solved it properly with his hints in between. dsa time (i was scared as hell). he asked if i'm comfortable with trees, i said no 😂 then he said okay lets do array strings. gave a sliding window problem i'd never done. still explained the approach, wrote half the code and he said "okay fine you'll complete it". sql was basic join – easy for me. at the end i asked him 3 questions. first one was how he uses ai... guess what, he follows the same approach as me. then asked about the role and company. ended with a good handshake. sat for 1-2 hrs and then the round 2 name came. round 2 was with a very senior guy, basically hr round. he asked a probability question – wasn't able to solve it. 2 puzzles (solved 1). some general hr questions (those were horrible 😭). then a nice system design on streaming backend like netflix. few more hr questions and bye. i literally came out thinking i fucked up a little. waited 3-5 hrs... results came. 7 selected out of 27. and your boy made it 🥹 interning for next 12 months at morgan stanley as technology apprenticeship 🔥 let’s gooo

A guy I know went for a backend role thinking he was ready. First question they asked: “What happens when two users try to update the same data at the same time?” He froze. Not because he hadn’t seen it… but because he never understood it deeply. So here are backend concepts explained simply. Save this. You’ll need it.

I’m looking for people who are ready to lock in with zero distractions for the next 3 months. Let’s commit to this roadmap and actually follow through. Forget the AI noise for now. Focus on becoming solid in backend engineering and system design. It might sound unrealistic, but you’ll be surprised at how much you grow by the end of June / early July. Read below 👇🏿

I was on Day 11 of my daily challenge. Then life happened. Academics. Assignments. Attended the AI Impact Summit in Delhi. Explored the city. Learned. Networked. And my streak broke. For a moment, it felt like failure.

Day 9/100 update… 🚀 Health slowed me down today, but the goal remains unchanged. Didn’t do much — completed some unfinished lectures on Linked Lists and revised a few previous DSA questions. Progress isn’t linear — showing up honestly is still progress. See you tomorrow.
