@realOCsports @OCShow801 @ESPN700 I think using it in CU game may make Cincinnati have to prepare and play punt safe or coverage and give punter more time to punt. Our punter has had to take more time to get his punts off.

@ESPN700 10-22-25 Today Scott talked about doing away with the fouling out rule in basketball and replace it. If you wanted to change this rule but still wanted a penalty then I would consider a hockey type rule and give a two minute penalty on a player for each foul over 5 or 6 fouls.
