Yesterday we had the most beautiful #LittleQueens workshop with @terezabuskova & @byTinaFrancis. This weekend the project culminates, with rehearsals & making in Warley Woods tomorrow, ahead of the final Performance in West Bromwich on Sunday, 2.30-3.30, family workshops 11-12.30

In celebration of #InternationalMigrantsDay, yesterday evening we co-hosted a workshop @Brushstrokes66 for refugee families living locally. Led by artist @terezabuskova families decorated traditional vrkoč bread wreaths, making & baking beautiful dough decorations to take home.🧡

@TimeForABru @UWSNick Ah so glad you found it helpful. Spoons are the units we measure energy in. We might have x numbers of spoons per day and different activities use up different numbers of spoons. I’ve seen others on this thread share graphics to help illustrate.

@UWSNick Also I find sunlight is super important and makes a big difference- opening the curtains and having as much natural light as possible in the daytime and getting outside when well enough even if in the car just to look out the window. A change of scenery is wonderful.

@UWSNick Try to keep in mind the effect that stress has on your energy supplies- over the last 9 years grief and confrontation have been the uppermost causes of my relapses/flares. And failure to pace owing to the pandemic certainly didn’t help!
