Tomorrow we will kick off Red Ribbon Week. Friday, October 25 Theme: “We are RED-y to be Drug Free!” Outfit: Wear school wide RED shirt to kick off Red Ribbon Week! ***Bring your pennies for Caring Coins, and Kindergarten bring your item/s for the ACO Cares Center!

Students at Hart have loved using the new Active Floor! It is an interactive mat that can be used to teach virtually all subjects!

Ms. Moody modeled and engaged parents in a small group lesson using decodable readers during the Early Literacy Parent Information session. It was such a great experience to see all the intentionality that comes into meeting the needs of our students.

It was a pleasure to watch Ms. Anderson engage parents in one portion of a student's Reader's Workshop block by modeling a Shared Reading lesson during the Early Literacy Parent Information sessions.

Say Cheese! Tomorrow is picture day at Hart.

We will have some special guests from the Foundation visiting Hart's morning arrival line tomorrow. Members of the Foundation will be giving special treats to lift up tomorrow as North Texas Giving Day. Dont forget to visit the Foundation website to give back to Lovejoy.

We love learning at Hart! This morning we are engaging with our 3rd/4th grade math teachers as we dive into our differentiated math stations to incorporate into math workshop.

Don't forget tomorrow's last themed day for HOCO week. Hart is ready to "Red Out" the building. Wear your red out shirts or red gear. Students who purchased mums from the fundraiser are welcome to wear them tomorrow.

Mayor Kuykendall visited with some of our Gifted and Talented students working in Ms. Nelson's class on jobs in the community to answer their questions after student wrote friendly letters inviting him to our school. Thank you for making time to talk with our students.
