Congratulations to our chess players who played at the @DwightSchoolDXB chess tournament on Friday. Our pupils held their composure, secured some massive wins and most of all, had fun. Finishing 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th and 13th made the day even sweeter.

Really enjoying creating our new EPQ framework for September. It is so important that students are able to investigate sources, think critically and construct an argument. I’m hopeful that my sessions will help them to achieve all of this as well as their qualification 🤞🏼📝 @AQA

I think herding kittens would have been easier but finally tracked down our primary #UKMT JMC entrants to award them their certificates. Lovely to see so many recognised for their achievements with 4x🥇 6x🥈and 13x🥉. Great to see so many embracing the challenge

Thanks to @VHPS_Events/@VHPS_STEAM for a fabulous KS2 maths morning. Our pupils had lots of fun, embraced working with peers from other schools and enjoyed an outdoor break in the rain! Congratulations to Allen and Kaylee on your high score in the memorisation challenge.
