Sienna had a truly wonderful evening at the 2025 Child of Wales Awards, where she was honoured with the Young Sporting Hero U13 Award We are so incredibly thankful to the @ChildofWales team for choosing Sienna out of such a very deserving list of nominees. We are so so proud of you Siena 🥹

At just 11 years old, Sienna took to the track at the @EnglandAthletic Age Group & Para Championships, racing in the para mixed classification event alongside U20, U17, and U15 athletes and came away with silver in the U15 category! 🥈 The progress she’s made this season is incredible. In the slow-mo, you can see her wider stride, stronger arm drive and she’s running with so much more confidence. A huge part of this comes down to the work she’s put in with her sprints coaches @cmsportsacademy We are so proud of how she rose to the occasion in such a big stadium, embracing the challenge and giving it her all. Sienna’s made huge progress with her long jump recently, hitting a big PB last week! 🙌 Even better, all 6 of her jumps landed with her foot perfectly on the board. Over the next few weeks, we’ll be adjusting her run-up slightly to help her build more speed heading into take-off

What an incredible day it was for Oliver Pickering! 1st he runs an amazing PB in u17 200m heats of 24.27s but then followed up with an incredible final performance smashing his PB again 23.76s to take Bronze 🥉!! @StrengthJs @EMS_Hartlepool

Karson Boothe wrapped up his 3rd Gold 🥇 of the Championships by extending his own Club record in u13 200m final 26.40s @EMS_Hartlepool

Good performances from the 3 u13 girls in the 100m heats! Alice Pickering 16.63s PB Isla Staley 14.6s & Rosie Angus 15.12s both quofy for the u13 final where Rosie finished 7th 15.16s and Isla took Bronze 🥉 14.32s @StrengthJs @EMS_Hartlepool @ClaveringPESSPA

More success came again in the Long Jump firstly with u15 girls Natasha Busby taking Bronze 🥉 4.38m & Elly Ord finishing 8th with 3.84m In u13 boys Max Bedding finished 5th with 2.84m and Karson Boothe took Gold 🥇 with a jump of 4.65m 💪👏 @BroughamPrimary @EMS_Hartlepool

It was double success in the triple jump today as Natasha Busby takes u15 Bronze 🥉 in her 1st ever TJ comp 9.10m & Bronze 🥉 also for Nieve Greenan in u17 with 10.51m even though she had to leave early for 100m final 👏👏 @StrengthJs @dyj

It was a PB performance from Elly Ord in u15 100m heats 15.3s however it was a frustrating one for Natasha Busby 14.10s but she did make up for it later in the jumps @StrengthJs @EMS_Hartlepool

It was a brilliant day for Harry Simpson who ran 11.8s in the u17 100m heats followed by 11.74s in the final to final get his hands on that NE Champs medal with the Bronze 🥉 and to also set a new club record 👏👏 @StrengthJs @HighTunstallPE

Mixed bag for 6 u13 girls in the Long jump with 3 of the girls coming directly over from finishing the 800m Highlights include big PB for Emily Moore 2.96m and a huge PB for Fearne Staveley of 3.69m to take her first ever podium with a Bronze 🥉 👏👏 @StrengthJs

After an incredible harsh DQ for Nieve Greenan in u17 hurdles she bounced back to take Gold 🥇 in the Long Jump 5.13m Charlotte Baker did run the hurdles final with a 14.08s followed by a huge PB in the Long Jump 4.58m to finish 5th overall 👏💪 @StrengthJs

It was a brilliant day for Oliver Meadley in the throws as he took u20 Bronze 🥉 in Shot Putt 8.37m and then a 2nd Bronze 🥉 in Discus with a throw of 25.65m 💪 🤞 for the same again tomorrow in the Javelin 👏 @HSF_Sport

All ran amazing with Grace running a PB of 13.84s and Izzy also coming 2nd In her heat 13.16s to qualify for the final where she finished 7th 13.7s. El brilliant with a 15.38s 👏👏 @HighTunstallPE @EMS_Hartlepool

It was the perfect start to the NE Champs as we got started with u15 girls hurdles. Izzy Easby and Eleanor Theodosiou running their first ever Hurdles race along with Grace Kane going over u15 set for just 2nd time!
