61 years of age (I know girls don’t look it) & I don’t think i’ve ever been so excited about a new season as today. Will be the case for all other clubs in our division, we all start with dreams and by 5 pm tonight half of those dreams will already be quashed!! That’s Football!

It was confirmed by Dan Brownlie last night that, unfortunately, Jack Ball will miss the start of the season after sustaining a fractured skull during our pre-season fixture against @ReadingFC Under-21s. Further scans revealed a fractured mastoid bone and a fractured outer ear drum. The positive news is that Bally is recovering well and is already looking forward to getting back out on the pitch when it is safe to do so. For now, everyone here wishes Jack a full and speedy recovery. We can't wait to see him back where he belongs.
