Post-Op ACL Surgery: Day 1 of the Comeback Today I officially joined the “ACL club”—not by choice, but definitely with a purpose. Surgery is done, and now the real work begins. My body feels beat up, stiff, and swollen… but my mindset? Solid. Focused. Locked in. I’m an athlete—setbacks happen, but so do comebacks. This is just another opponent to outwork. I’ll rehab, I’ll rebuild, and I’ll return stronger, smarter, and more explosive than before. I’m grateful for the doctors, coaches , teammates, friends and family checking in. Every message, every bit of support fuels me and warms my heart ❤️ This is just the start of a long road, but I’m ready. Watch me turn this setback into a launchpad.
