@stradivarius Another lady in the store had her phone stolen as the same time, again met the same response. Two phones stolen within minutes and no help in finding the offenders. Photos and memories lost, with zero chance of retrieval now essentially. Very disappointed.

@stradivarius My wife's phone was stolen in your London Westfield Stratford store today. Despite noticing this very quickly, manager told us they were not able to review CCTV footage. What is the point in having cctv? Policy is one thing but common sense should take over....

@BadBoyBeaman 2/2 expect cheaters to apologise when they're caught. For example, your "IT specialist" being proven wrong. He even made a video stating he was incorrect but you've still not commented on it. That's not questioning, that's blind accusations without proof

@BadBoyBeaman 1/2 With an ever increasing fan base, you need to be aware of your influence, a small point by you will be picked on and taken as gospel by followers. If you claim to be questioning rather than accusing you need to be willing to apologise when you're wrong just as you expect
