Limit comparison traps. Social media makes you compare your behind the scenes to others highlight reels. That’s not reality. Reduce time on apps that make you feel less than.

Being articulate, maintaining a good appearance, and investing in personal development all work together to position you for opportunities and influence. If you take them seriously, you naturally stand out in any environment.

One thing I know for sure is there's always stories behind successes but when excuses come forth, then you have no story to tell.

She makes effort to stay in contact, not just replies but also starts conversations. She finds reasons to be around you or keep the interaction going, even when there’s no obvious need.

When she pulls away, pull away too. Never chase. That’s where the attraction kicks in, sometimes she’s not leaving, she’s testing you.

Stay focused on getting better. Because sometimes the support you expect, from family or your friends,won’t come. So you become your own backup plan.

They walk away or block you hoping it breaks you. Don’t react. Turn that pain into fuel.

I’m not heartless. I just know when to stop caring.

Most of us realize at some point that life isn’t fair. But the real shift happens when you stop expecting it to be and start focusing on what you can control. your choices, your standards, and your response.

Just be yourself guys, dont struggle to much to try and impress a woman she either ship in or ship out period.

The more a man do for a woman, the less it mean for her. The less a man do for a woman, the more it means for her. In conclusion..... Men don't kill yourself for a woman because it won't still be enough.

Never tell a woman to change your name on her phone. Never ask her to call you more often. Never cajole her into saying I love you too. You cannot fast forward a woman feelings for you.

No matter how you feel about a woman, if she's not showing interest, I want you to find a way to drop your feelings for her.
