still i have no update of reverse pickup customer support contact no is mot reachable . it is still pending kindly look into this matter

I called their customer support after trying several times and they answered the call I informed them about the issue and they again generated the ticket on the same ticket no. on 9 sep 23 for which i have received mail on 13 sep 23 .

for the same i have raised the complainant for reverse pickup and fire bolt has generated ticket no.1998497 through @EcomExpress_Ofc as per them on 4 sep 23 they will collect damage product but no one has came to collect they itself cancel the request
