ریحان طارق کی پوڈکاسٹ میں اقرار الحسن نے آڈینس سے سوال کیا: بغضِ عمران کیا ہے؟ اس پر ایک لڑکے نے مائیک لے کر جواب دیا: بغضِ عمران یہ ہے کہ جنرل عاصم منیر یہاں سے منرلز لے جا کر امریکہ میں ٹرمپ کو پیش کرتے ہیں، حالانکہ یہ ان کا کام نہیں تھا۔ اس پر ہم نے نہیں دیکھا کہ آپ شاؤٹ کر رہے ہیں یا چیخ رہے ہیں۔ لیکن جب ایئر پورٹ پر ایک ایف آئی اے کا اہلکار ایک سیاسی کمنٹ پاس کرتا ہے تو آپ اس پر شور بھی مچاتے ہیں، ویڈیوز بھی بناتے ہیں اور ہلہ گلہ بھی کرتے ہیں۔ یہی بغضِ عمران ہے۔ اس کے بعد چراغوں میں روشنی نہ رہی۔ یہ ہے وہ شعور جو عمران خان نے اس قوم کے نوجوانوں کو دیا ہے۔

آپ لوگوں کا مسئلہ یہ ہے کہ آپ کو ہر تنقید میں “یوتھیا” نظر آتا ہے۔ میں مہنگائی کی بات کروں، گورننس کی بات کروں، نون لیگ کی پالیسیز پر بات کروں تو فوراً لیبل لگا دیتے ہیں کہ یہ PTI کا بندہ ہے ۔ بھائی اگر ہر سوال کرنے والا آپ کے نزدیک “یوتھیا” ہے تو پھر سیدھی بات ہے: یا تو آپ کے پاس جواب نہیں ہے یا پھر واقعی مسئلہ وہاں ہے جہاں سوال اٹھ رہا ہے ۔ ورنہ دلیل سے جواب دیں ناں ۔ لیبل لگانے سے کیا ثابت ہوتا ہے؟ اور ایک بات یاد رکھیں ۔ اگر سچ بولنا PTI ہونا ہے، تو پھر مسئلہ مجھ میں نہیں، آپ کی سوچ میں ہے ۔

Even if Dr. Arif Alvi builds a rocket and becomes the first Pakistani to land on the Moon, I will not be impressed. I have said it before: Dr. Arif Alvi made unforgivable blunders as president. (1) He asked Imran Khan to allow Asim Munir’s appointment to go smoothly in November 2022. Asim Munir sent messages to Imran Khan via Dr. Alvi, stating that he would not get involved in politics. Dr. Alvi vouched for him. Imran Khan called off the protests and sent people home! (2) When Imran Khan’s death sentences (cypher bills) were signed in his presidential office, he said his office was abused and that the bills were signed without his consent. The bills were effectively death sentences for Imran Khan. Dr. Alvi invoked God and moved on. The first and only thing he should have done was go to court and challenge those bills. Dr. Alvi was complicit. After his presidential tenure was over, Dr. Alvi should have led the PTI in Pakistan, mobilized it, taken charge, and returned to street politics. Instead, he chose to tour the U.S. and probably never returned. PTI supporters, don’t be burgers like @agentjay2009 or corrupt charlatans like @MashwaniAzhar, or engagement farming idiots like @worqas. Have higher standards like me. Do not forgive. Do not forget. PS: I have publicly and privately sought answers to my questions from Dr. Alvi, but have never received any.

Iran has lost its leverage due to the stupidity, recklessness and arrogance of IRGC. Now they’re sending their FM from one country to another with no clear direction. They should have listened to Asim Munir the first time. He could have helped secure a solid deal with the US.
