Lunch time break was a blast today as children worked collaboratively to make some snow-made new members of the school! ❄️ ⛄️

The annual @HaslingfieldEPS pumpkin display is here! So much joy and conversation has been had by the children today. 🎃

We’ve had a busy couple of weeks, highlighted by some fantastic, immersive experiences. Last week we had Kapla UK visit for a whole school STEM workshop, while KS1 had real life firefighters pop by for a link to their Great Fire of London topic! What will next week bring… 😃

Is it a 5 star spar resort or … a primary school in a Level 4 heatwave at 37 degrees trying to keep children cool? Who can tell! ☀️ #heatwave

The learning and fun continues in London for our Year 3 class and their workshop has just begun.

Hawthorn class have arrived safely in the capitol and are having fun exploring the National History Museum.

Great to see Year 6 bringing the whole school together for Enterprise Week. ✨

Parents of Year 5 and 6, your child’s ETA back at school is 3:20.

After a peaceful night’s sleep we’ve woken up to glorious sunshine. The Yr5&6 children are excited for their final two high ropes activities - high equilibrium and crate stacking. After lunch we then hit the road at 1pm for the journey back to school. ETA update given around 3pm.

The Year 5 & 6 residential fun continued today. Archery, rock climbing, obstacle courses and much more. Evening hike and marshmallows by campfire to finish a great day. 🏹🔥😊

Science week has launched off rather deliciously in Hawthorn class… and the results of the biscuit dunking investigation are in!

Amazing day of art with @HaslingfieldEPS Year 5s led by helenaperry.co.uk Exploring ways of using watercolours, detailed observational work, and then creating our own nature spells combining the two. Great to see glimmers of @JackieMorrisArt and @silverpebble in their work.

In break times children from across KS2 have chosen to collaborate together on creating a bug hotel. Even comes with a spa and pool! Sounds great! #outdoorlearning
