Had a minor heart attack in hospital rn getting monitored not feeling too bad tho rn Alhumdulillah

@Ikraaa_22 Had an artery blocked 70% got a stent put in now just recovering the heart attack was most painful thing I’ve felt in my life omg but Alhumdulillah all went smoothly just gotta take meds long term now

@zaaaah55 You don’t have to go out in the sun you can get vitamin D pills or liquid form get it asap it’s extremely important to have it!
