We’ve wrapped up our hackathon submission for HatchAI, a @Uniswap V4 hook-protected token launchpad deployed on @XLayerOfficial Mainnet. Our architecture leverages Uniswap V4’s ‘beforeSwap’ and ‘afterSwap’ callback lifecycle to execute real-time dynamic fee decay, transaction cooldowns, and swap caps natively inside the pool. We integrated @flapdotsh to ensure flash loan-aware hook mechanics, securing liquidity pools during the high-volatility launch window. To align long-term incentives, we implemented an LP-custody system that splits collected trading fees 50/50 between creator yield and a buyback-and-burn engine. The contracts are verified on OKLink, and the live application is ready for action! Go check it out 👇

HatchAI introduces a self-sustaining economic engine for creators and token holders through onchain LP NFT custody. The custom ‘HatchHook.sol’ contract enables permissionless, trustless fee harvesting: 50% of swap fees go directly to creator yield to fund development, while the remaining 50% triggers an autonomous swap to buy back and burn project tokens.
