The SEC approved a @Nasdaq rule change requiring listed companies to maintain a minimum Market Value of Listed Securities (MVLS) of $5M! Effective immediately, companies failing this requirement for 30 consecutive business days face suspension and delisting without a standard cure period. The rule aims to mitigate manipulation risks in low-capitalization stocks while allowing Hearings Panel exceptions for temporary financial issues. Full report here: sec.gov/files/rules/sr… They are basically ADMITTING the system is not working⁉️ #MMAT #MMTLP

I believe OpenAI's IPO is gated by their ad-platform. I also firmly believe, that $ZETA Global is playing a pivotal role in the success of said DSP. - Agnostic. - Agency relationships. - Enterprise relationships. - Omnichannel activation optionality. - Most critically, enterprise enabled GEO solutions. I wrote a Substack about this maybe a month ago. I still think we do not see an IPO until late 2026 or 2027. Just remember... CEO, David Steinberg: "OpenAI is still in pilot, and I think they're going to be rolling out something bigger in the ad space here in the very foreseeable future." "their [OpenAI] engineers are working directly with our engineers, their business teams are working directly with our business teams to help understand where new opportunities evolve." – Christian Monberg, CTO, Zeta Global $ZETA

Wells Fargo recently increase their PT on $APP. PT: $575 per share Rating: Overweight Meanwhile, their sentiment for the update was rather negative. Very odd in my opinion. Wells Fargo said... - There is cost per install inflation. - Suggests indications of lower ROAS. - Estimates $APP market share is flat at 45%. - Estimates web-advert share of wallet is 5-10%, also flat in their models. I find this very weird, because Jefferies recently published their very own survey for the eCommerce industry. $APP hit a company recorded with largest share gain among advertising networks in 2026... rising to 11% total market share. The same survey indicated that $META and $GOOGL LOST wallet-share for eCom brands. The survey also provided data on spend. Check this out, since last survey... - New $APP users: +7% - Avg brand raised spend by 15%. - 73% of all brands who used $APP reported new customer revenue from their campaigns. There is a clear clash between what the Wells Fargo analysts are suggesting, and trend-data that is being published. Looking forward to Q2. $APP
