Successful start to the week with a downpour of 14mm giving irrigated areas a green up. 🌧️ Gave us the chance to get greens verticut and begin hopefully our regular maintenance on them. Thanks to @HattonArkley for use of the machine 🙏🏼⛳️

@AdamSchupak @CarsleyGolf High 13’s honestly what greenspeed should the US open be at? Paul McGinley thinks it’s ok although I’m not saying that’s the be all and end all!!

From USGA: The avg speed this am was in the high 13s & will settle to the low 13s & upper 12s as the day goes on. We had drier conditions this am. We double cut & rolled greens this am to achieve these speeds. The green at 3 is being managed differently due to its severe contours
