@lopp ambrpay.io doing exactly that, decentralized subscription payments. But it requires eth like smart contracts currently. At least you can subscribe with cryptocurreny sadly not with bitcoin....

A Bitcoin-powered Patreon is a great idea, but not if it requires a trusted third party to custody funds & mete out payments. What's really needed is a secure means of recurring payments for subscriptions. Perhaps something that prompts you for a sig from your hardware device...
