A truism in architecture is that the tallest buildings in a city reflect its dominant ideology. Is it any surprise that Indians are building large statues to enforce their colonialism on Western countries? The authorities should not approve such buildings, let alone, strange iconography. Interestingly, look at the skyline of any city and you can see the dominant ideology - any surprise most Australian cities have banks and financial institutions as the tallest buildings?
