Frank Kusumoto created the original Magic website, the Dojo, back in the early days of the internet. That’s where I got the starting point for the Mono-Red deck I got my first top 8 with. Now thirty years later, I’m thrilled to collaborate with him on an audiobook version of the third of Next Level Magic Forever that recounts 33 years of stories and history. The Sensei has graciously offered to narrate, and I couldn’t be more honored.

Last year I missed the Legacy main event promo by ID’ing into 34th.
This year I ID’d into 20th in my first paper Vintage event. Privileged to be able to borrow Power 9. Casting some of the most powerful cards in MTG history just feels unreal.
