Active Schools trying out a 'Hyrox Style' Event today after running weeks of an extra curricular club at lunchtimes🏋️🏅

We are thrilled to announce this year's Sports Day on Thursday 30th May🎉🏆🏅 It will be a full day filled with fun, competition and a chance to earn some important house points😁

Our first ever 'Hyrox' style event in Hawick High School. This is for our new S4, 5 & 6 after the timetable change. Have a look at the exercises involved (all reps are adapted for the participants) and sign up now! Give yourself a challenge💪
