Hosted the @openclaw Builder Showcase with @OpenAI, @peakxvpartners, & @GrowthX_Club last week. Had to cap it at ~100 builders The demos were great (top 5 were 🔥) but the real highlight - A room full of builders going deep. No fluff. Just what’s working, what’s breaking, and what’s next. Came back and immediately tried: • Paperclip → makes my agents far more consistent + productive at scale • Tried @pHequals7’s hack - Android via headphone jack, now my Claw can call/receive with a real Indian number! We’re very early. Things are about to move fast.

@blakeaburge Applies many #AIAgents too! Professional burden-shifters they are ... flag problems, provide options, but don’t solve them! Waiting for that human to say recommend 😃 context + option + recommendation is the way to go, even for AI Agents

A rule that will accelerate your career: If you bring a problem, bring context. If you bring context, bring options. If you bring options, bring a recommendation. People trust people who help them think. Anyone can spot an issue, few can actually help move things forward.

What is left? Data that the agent cannot see. Ecosystem synergies that the agent cannot replicate. Network effects that the agent cannot recreate. In my research on platform lock-in, I call this the Ecosystem Vortex. When the aggregator layer shifts, everything below it gets sucked into the backend.

India just made the smart move on PN3. Not a U-turn. A strategic upgrade. Up to 10% non-controlling LBC beneficial ownership can now come via the automatic route, with a 60-day decision window in key manufacturing sectors. That’s exactly the right formula: open the gate, guard the house. Now go further, channel capital into sectors that build India’s long-term capability, not just short-term flows.
