@Jringo1508 Years ago had a neighbor with one. Didn't train it all. It bit 3 kids in the neighborhood. I don't blame the dog, I blame the owner.

Never, ever, ever get one of these as a pet. Unless you have 24hrs a day to train and work it. Because they are insanely smart, incredibly active and a constant pain if you just want a pet. They will shred your house and your life it they aren't being constantly worked. But, yeah, incredible dogs.

So, let me see if I have this correct! A man buys or has buildings that he rents out to people! He’s paid taxes on that property, did repairs for years! NY elect’s a Muslim Socialist/Communist as mayor. That mayor decides to freeze rent. He’s not freezing your rent he's freezing your housing providers' income, while their expenses keep increasing. What you fell to see is, he doesn’t care about making housing affordable. It’s all about making housing financially unviable so that the government can take control of that property! That’s how Socialism/Communism works!
