Well done to Andy - one of our newer runners - who's made considerable improvement since starting with us. This morning, he ran 28:09 in a 5km time trial, which was almost a 2.5minutes improvement from his previous time trial 7 weeks ago!

RESULT A huge PB for Gerry at the @TokyoMarathon_E yesterday taking 14minutes off his previous best with 3:15:11! Fantastic run and still a lot more to come from this guy!

#medalmonday Well done to Charlotte running 2:45:47 at the @MaratonSevilla yesterday beating her PB by almost 2minutes. Since working with us the last 16months, Charlotte has taken 6minutes off her marathon time - a superb effort!

We had a great turnout today in Erskine at the West District Cross Country. Well done to Zara, Kaelin, Kady, Leah, Shae, Nathan, Eihlinn, Millie, Brian and Steven. A special mention to Millie who came 2nd 🥈in the U17 woman’s race. Fantastic achievement Millie 👏
