We have become a Little Wandle Champion School! We have met 16 Standards of Excellence in the teaching of early reading and phonics.We are very proud to be part of this fantastic network of Champion Schools across the country. Huge thanks to the staff involved in our success 👏🎉

Year 5 spent a wonderful visit to the National Gallery sketching The Baptism of Christ as part of their RE topic on Christianity.

A wonderful turnout for the first Reading Breakfast of the term at Hawksmoor. It was wonderful to see so many parents enjoying the sharing of books with their children. Thank you to all the staff who gave up their time to make this happen.

Children from across the school attended the Poetry Awards 2023 at the National Theatre this week and lived the performances.A highlight was bumping into the fabulous @MichaelRosenYes .

A wonderful turnout for the Hawksmoor Summer Fayre, bringing the school community together. A huge thank you to the staff for all helping and going that extra mile by getting very wet!!

What a way to end the days’ fundraising for #macmillancancer with a staff double or drop. Staff subjected to hose pipes and a drench of water when incorrectly answering questions. Congratulations to Mr Sweetenham who was the eventual winner.
