An incident of random killings occurred again at the entrance of a primary school on Chongqing Road in Shiyan, China. At least a dozen students lying on the ground at the scene, their condition has not been confirmed yet. These incidents happen regularly but are they included into crime statistics or will these be regarded as “isolated” incident. Until the government face the fact and don’t cover up, these issue will persist.
