Hi, I’m Abbie! I’m 11. I decided to create an online magazine about women’s sport (for girls, but anyone can read) and it launches TOMORROW! It costs $2. 1 from each sale goes to the @unicefaustralia and their ‘Empower Girls Through Sport’ appeal. @LadiesWhoLeague @outersanctum01

The ability to break down a complex project into manageable chunks is a hugely underrated professional skill. Strange that so few people hire & evaluate for it.

Yesterday was the first time someone working in a testing role reported a bug to me in something I built. The bug report was passed on to me via Slack. "Hey our QA person found this end point returns 500 instead of 400." (1/4)

It sucks when you’ve got a new product idea and your customer research proves that your assumptions were wrong and no one really wants your product. It sucks way more when you don’t do any research and spend months (or years) building the wrong thing.

Loved hearing @adblanche talk at #AgileAustralia today. “No one creates diversity. Diversity is the outcome of high consistent standards.”
