Beast of a punter. It was a pleasure to snap for this guy. Excited to watch the next few years of his career. Certainly, a guy to watch out for!

Proud to announce I ended my sophomore season with 15 punts inside the 20, 11 50+ yard punts, 0 punts blocked, and an average of 41.5 yards per punt (39.5 net) over 44 punts. Definitely room to improve but I’m not disappointed in my first CFB season on the field.

@WVUfootball commit @luke_savino packs a ton of power (70mph ball speed here) into the ball on a tight operation from 24’ LS @SimonLevy2024 and Transfer P @HayHall2022 On this set we were kicking into a pretty good breeze, so the lower ball height @ LOS 9ft or so and a slower rotation were the recipe of a good kick today. A little slower rotating ball will generally cut through wind better. (To give you an idea of what these numbers mean NFL top kickers average 70mph ~ ball speed. 11.8 ft ball height at the LOS and 644 rpm or so) Again, everyone’s ‘sweet spot’ on their numbers are going to be different. What’s important is that you start to get a hold of where your best stuff comes from.
