Mike Jackson is 76 years old, has been wrestling for 57 years, and says he is in better shape now than he was at 26. He has no plans to stop. ​ Speaking on the Stories with Brisco and Bradshaw podcast, Jackson said he works out hard every day and the only thing that will stop him is if the good Lord tells him he cannot do it anymore. ​ "I'm probably in better shape now than I was when I was 26 years old. I have to be in shape now. When you get to be a certain age, you don't have any choice." ​ Jackson said TNA recently called him back. His phone has been ringing off the hook after the TV exposure. He is also booked for shows in New York and Detroit. ​ His knees are shot and his hips are not good, but he still dives out of the ring and walks the top rope at every show. He was never formally trained: "I never had one lesson. I never went to one school. I just kind of picked it up on my own." ​ Jackson has been married 34 years. His wife has been to about 12 of his roughly 7,000 matches: "If it's on, she usually goes in the other room and finds something to do." ​ His first action figure drops May 2. 20 years ago today I attended my first WrestleMania. I arrived at the building and a huge bus pulled up next to me. I was wearing my Cactus Jack shirt and Mick was on the bus and saw me with it and gave me a thumbs up. I proceeded to walk inside the Allstate Arena and I’ll never forget when I got inside seeing all the banners of all the superstars draped across the arena. It was like a yearbook. Then the Shinedown intro video played and hit me in the feels. Then WrestleMania began and I was so amped. I will never forget this night. I will be attending my 20th WrestleMania in Vegas. If you would’ve told me I would be at every WrestleMania for the next 20 years back then I would’ve never believed you. This was the kick off for me traveling to shows outside of Chicago. The last 20 years have been incredible. WrestleMania Week is what I live for. And I plan on continuing to go every year. This is WrestleMania. This is my life. @WWE #WrestleMania

The Main reason Lillian Garcia left WWE in October 2009 was taking care of her sick father. it really shows what a loving and devoted daughter she was, choosing to spend more time with him. Sadly he passed away in 2016
