Adison Hayes

We had some ladies with some great numbers this season. Here’s our team stat leaders for the 25-26 season. We also had a couple of young ladies crack the career and/or season stat record list.

Grainger at Elizabethton girls 🏀regional update: Lady Grizzlies get a 23-point deficit down to 5 twice in the second half but Betsy hangs on for 50-41 win to advance. Adison Hayes scores 14 points to move into 3rd all time in career points (1,647).

Cherokee vs. Grainger girls 🏀 District 2, 3-A tournament update: Lady Grizzlies fall behind by 18 in the fourth quarter, cut it down to 3 with 1:17 remaining but Cherokee prevails 62-58. Rylee Sivert leads CHS with 22 points, Adison Hayes scores 25 for Grainger.

Fantastic game @Lady_Grizzlies1 tonight as the Lady Grizz take down Northview. When it comes to offense and defense these two are THUNDER & LIGHTNING. @HayesAdison hit 5 threes and led the scoring and @brookelyn_roach just kept making plays, taking charges and winning plays! Great win for this group, the whole team played their hearts out on Sr Night. They just don’t come much better than these two young ladies, love you both 💛💙

It’s senior night!

Senior spotlight @HayesAdison . She will go down as one of the greatest scores and 3 point shooters in Grainger history. Not only a great scorer on the hardwood but she joined the 29+ club at GHS for her ACT score. A great kid and teammate. I wish I was as tough as she is!

Grainger at Volunteer girls 🏀 update: Lady Falcons avenge earlier loss with 62-58 win. Lady Grizz trim a 15-point lead down to 2 twice in final minute. Adison Hayes leads Grainger with 27 points, 8 3’s. Emily Mailloux with 19 points for Vol, 10 at the line in the second half.

Cumberland Gap at Grainger girls 🏀 update: Lady Grizzlies lead 43-12 at the half. Adison Hayes scores her 1,500th career point at the 2:40 mark of the first period.

Grainger at South Greene girls 🏀 update: Lady Grizzlies win 60-36, the exact same score as when the two teams met in Rutledge earlier in the season. Adison Hayes leads GHS with 21 points and goes over 1400 points for her career.
