Practice this everyday. Usually is helped along by suffering. In my case, the cattylist was the death of my 15 year old son to leukaemia. Suffering challenges your very existence. In can help to escape a victimhood mentality, compels you to think in this capacity in order to grow individually. Once you go down this rabbit hole, and examine your thinking, true introspection, you CAN’T not go back. I describe this thinking as critical thinking on steroids. It most definitely is NOT what we believe most people settle at … which is reactionary or ‘emotional’ thinking. It is a level of understanding that is incredibly liberating. It might even be described as spiritual. Most definately allows you to examine the human tendencies toward being coerced and tribalism. Mos people want to be part of the group as it gives them a sense of safety. That’s the one drawback because it can also be lonely. Most people, it would seem, do not develop their thinking to this degree.
