Living by the Spirit, walking in the Spirit, praying in the Spirit, and loving by Holy Spirit is the joy of life. Holy Spirit saves us from poor decisions, angry responses and a defeatist mentality. I pray for you today for a glorious reality of Holy Spirit to fill you!

One of my favorite prayers... Profoundly poignant, in any station or stage of life. The Litany of Humility O Jesus! meek and humble of heart, Hear me. From the desire of being esteemed, Deliver me, Jesus. From the desire of being loved... From the desire of being extolled ... From the desire of being honored ... From the desire of being praised ... From the desire of being preferred to others... From the desire of being consulted ... From the desire of being approved ... From the fear of being humiliated ... From the fear of being despised... From the fear of suffering rebukes ... From the fear of being calumniated ... From the fear of being forgotten ... From the fear of being ridiculed ... From the fear of being wronged ... From the fear of being suspected ... That others may be loved more than I, Jesus, grant me the grace to desire it. That others may be esteemed more than I ... That, in the opinion of the world, others may increase and I may decrease ... That others may be chosen and I set aside ... That others may be praised and I unnoticed ... That others may be preferred to me in everything... That others may become holier than I, provided that I may become as holy as I should… -- O sweet Jesus! meek and humble of Heart, make my heart like unto Thine, and give me the grace of final perseverance. Amen.

There was a day of prayer for the assisted suicide bill yesterday & during the day the government expressed concerns about the timeline involved & delays are now possible. The bill still needs to be defeated but this certainly helps. Let’s keep praying 🙏 bbc.co.uk/news/articles/…

Great leaders don’t hoard power, they multiply it. Insecure leaders grip tightly, but Kingdom leaders release others into their God-given calling. Let’s be leaders who don’t just gather followers, but raise up leaders!

Today marks Contemporary Martyrs Day in the Coptic Orthodox Church, and the 10th Anniversary of #The21 #LibyaMartyrs, a day of solemn remembrance while at the same time being a moment of recognition of their incredible strength, resilience, grace and witness, as well as their families’ remarkable ability to graciously forgive. All in all, and somewhat ironically and counterintuitively, an occasion for thanksgiving and celebration. We give thanks for their powerful witness and the encouragement that they have given to the whole world…the world that they changed on that day, on the beach, in those distinctive orange suits. They have become icons in the most selfless and impactful way. On this important day we pray repose for our Martyrs, continuing comfort for their families, loved ones and communities, forgiveness for those who contributed to the taking of their lives in every way, and God’s peace upon His world, that this inhumanity may never be repeated. Remember their names. Remember their faces. Remember their story. Proud and thankful to be consulted along the production journey of the wonderful @21MartyrsFilm, which I encourage you the watch here The21Film.com.
