@eon_next Will do, that said I spoke to customer service morning, who could not explain or sort out, then follows an email from them under deadlock as could not resolve.

1/3 Interesting approach from @eon_next my last meter reading was 07.01.23 & as of 17.35 on 08.02.23 my acct was £1.26 in credit when an est bill issued with 7 days to pay. Less than 24 hours later 9.35am 09.02 follow up email telling me to pay in full today or £10 penalty!!

3/3 I pay on bill and take meter readings regularly, with my last one due the 7/2 however was away from home until today (meter readings now taken & submitted - yes less than estimate) Energy profits up ⬆️ customer service & fair practice down ⬇️

2/3 How bizarre - account not in default & 7 day payment terms set not yet passed, real balance of power move & bullish tactics by E.ON Phonecall to EON was no help at all. Official complaint made & also escalated to the Ombudsman as EON have stated cannot resolve so deadlocked

Wage slip posted in the comments... sustained underfunding & under resourcing of our #NHS needs to stop. The #NHS exists to serve #people it is not a vehicle for #profit to ensure it is resourced properly - pay people a wage reflective of what they do & they can actually live on
