Before, when all the English side were doing well it was because the Premier League is best in the world by far.
Now, it’s too competitive and all the players are tired and that’s why they’re losing/struggling.

In fact, can we count Man City as a "good" team at the minute? They were just completely outplayed by a La Liga side after all. The PL is one good side (who are pretty boring to watch) and farmers, really.
