In a long-anticipated & crucial Jan 6 ruling, federal judge Amit Mehta has denied a motion by the Oath Keepers defendants to dismiss the conspiracy charges against them. Mehta has been weighing this issue for six solid months; a ruling to the contrary could have gutted the case.
