HeadStarters from @AyresomePrimary had the wonderful opportunity to visit ARC Art Centre to see their creative work professionally exhibited as part of the On The Edge, From Conversation to Creation project. Their work is on display until March 27th.

Yr 8 HeadStarters at @StPetersCC were buzzing with ideas today!
They came up with loads of brilliant ways to celebrate #RandomActsOfKindnessDay, all sparked from a fun and fast-paced game of Think Words. Love seeing their creativity, teamwork and kindness shine through! 💛✨

Great afternoon at the Hope centre yesterday – creating a safe space and sense of #belonging at a parent coffee afternoon to talk about the joys and challenges of parenthood! Discussions included sleep, boundaries & effective limit setting and tips for better transitions.

The Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) Programme is all about helping young people feel a real sense of #Belonging 
Through fun sessions & meeting friends, playing sports, cooking together, and taking part in creative activities CYP get the chance to belong. #CMHW2026 @Place2Be

HeadStarters have launched their own wellbeing clubs in school, created safe spaces for their peers to get advice and share their feelings, helped to shape school policies and supported parents to better understand mental health. They've even been to Parliament!

Over 4700 young people across South Tees have taken part in the HeadStarters Educational Pathway to become mental health champions The pathway equips young people with the skills to support their peers and look after their own mental health #ChildrensMentalHealthWeek
