A brilliant start to the week launching our Literature Festival with a whole trust assembly. Reading a graphic novel story written by one of our pupils from Two Mile Hill was a real privilege.

One maaaasssiiiiive positive from the Big Listen Response is that OFSTED calls will only come on a Monday, with inspections only being on Tuesday and Wednesday. How many staff have had agonising weeks until Wednesday lunchtime just waiting for a call that could come any second?

Estates management has not been my favourite part of my new role but watching this and hearing the feedback from the children and staff has made it all worth it!
