Fantastic session today delivered by @NeuroInNature. Forest bathing and mindfulness. We all need to take time out to relax our minds and destress, and we really felt the benefits. And as an added bonus, it didn't rain!

Amazing session today. Many thanks to Sian Riley, Specialist Dietitian who gave a very interesting talk about diet and brain injury. Chris Wynne Neurophysiotherapist from The Rehab Physio attended as a guest of honour and spoke to a few members. We also had 4 new members.
