@HealthEquity Can’t seem to get an answer as to why the card was closed. After waiting 10 days for them to reopen I get an email and decide to send new cards that will take 10 more days to get here. Poor customer service.

@HealthEquity the login process is a nightmare. I am not able gain access to my account or to fix it. You require a single pathway of authentication and then timeout or say "try again later" when I need info NOW! This "Health Care" company is literally hindering healthcare.

@HealthEquity, when following the video on the desktop install & I select Try Another Way it says to enter PIN so I select Forgot My Pin & to reset it points me to a location Settings>Accounts> Sign-in Options, but one needs to be logged in first to access this area. What now?
