The latest rep I spoke with guaranteed me they wouldn’t instantly close the case, and to call back a 4th time if they do. Just 2 minutes after I hang up, I get a notice of case closure. With garbled text. Your IT dept really screwed people with whatev they did the other night.

@HealthEquity I can’t express enough how disappointed I am with the systems glitch that bricked my commuter card. Opening cases is useless because they get instantly closed. I have >$400 in transit funds that I can’t access and your IT people just auto-close tix.

@HealthEquity Can’t seem to get an answer as to why the card was closed. After waiting 10 days for them to reopen I get an email and decide to send new cards that will take 10 more days to get here. Poor customer service.

@HealthEquity the login process is a nightmare. I am not able gain access to my account or to fix it. You require a single pathway of authentication and then timeout or say "try again later" when I need info NOW! This "Health Care" company is literally hindering healthcare.
