these muscles are cruciak to release for long term bigger jaw and helping expand palate / more forward growht. my left side which has a little less forward growth has this issue with these muscles being tight from years of sympathetic living / diet / stress. orthodontic palatal expansion should give thse tissues more oxygen too and make them easier to release the fascia in them / they'll releaseon their own eventually I believe. yeah. RELEALSE all ur tight muscle, be concious about posture, start expanding palate, tongue posture, find the PSNS base state lifestyle etc...
