#WishWednesday ✨ A Diabetes Specialist Nurse for children asked for diary books to support newly diagnosed children—helping communication between home & school and documenting each day. We’re pleased to have funded copies and hope they make a positive difference 💚 🧡

It was a pleasure to welcome members of staff from Youngs Seafood, South Quay site in Grimsby to Diana, Princess of Wales Hospital for a wonderful cheque presentation. The team raised an outstanding £1,141 through a Christmas raffle and festive fundraising activities 🧡 💚

Gift Aid is a UK government scheme that allows charities to reclaim tax on donations made by UK taxpayers, increasing the value of the donation at no extra cost to the donor 💰 It's a simple step that can make a significant difference ⭐

We received a wish for book resources to support the Children’s Therapy Teams 📚 These books will help families of children with Developmental Language Disorder better understand what this means and how to support their child. Items like these truly make a difference 💚 🧡

🦄 Huge thank you to Deanna for completing the Edale Skyline 30km challenge – dressed as a unicorn! – to raise funds for a bladder scanner for her ward at Diana, Princess of Wales Hospital, Grimsby. An amazing £767.71 raised to support patient care. What a star! ✨

A big thank you to Ashby Bowl for hosting our charity collection tins! 🎳 A wonderful £45.55 was raised thanks to their lovely customers donating loose change. Thank you to everyone who contributed – your support really does make a difference 💚 🧡

We’re so pleased to have received a wish for ear defenders and disposable covers for use in the plaster rooms at Scunthorpe, Grimsby and Goole hospitals These will make such a difference for patients with sensory issues, helping appointments feel calmer and more comfortable🧡💚

A member of our Portering Team wished for new wheelchairs dedicated for porter use — and we’re proud to make it happen. With leg rests, drip stands & oxygen holders, they’ll improve safety, comfort and patient flow across our hospitals. Less time searching. More time caring 🧡
