Join us for the Healthy Knight Expo next Wednesday, Oct. 4th from 10 AM to 2 PM in the Student Union Pegasus Ballroom. We’ll highlight Wellbeing services on campus. The event will include information tables,  free flu shots, mindfulness activities, group exercises, and more!

The Koru basic course offers 4 free classes where students will be introduced to mindfulness skills and meditation techniques for stress management. The class meets Thursdays from 1-2:30 starting July 6th and ending July 27th. Click the link in our bio and sign up for Koru today!

Did you know @CDCgov recommends that everyone ages 13-64 get tested for HIV at least once? Those at higher risk should get tested at least once a year. We are hosting a free rapid HIV testing event today (Friday 6/24) until 4pm. Stop by our office to get tested!

Capacity will be limited to the first 15 students for this event. We will be able to schedule an appointment for a later date for anyone we are unable to test tomorrow!
