UCD has been a hive of activity this week, with students from the MSc in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics and MSc in Physiotherapy programmes running all of their initiatives for Healthy Eating Active Living Week 2025, with a Sustainability theme. Great job all round!

It was great to be part of the Fit Feb Social Event yesterday organised by @UCD_Engage. 60 teams took part and braved the cold February weather to get out walking with their colleagues. Lots of prizes and goodies were on offer and it was a lovely celebration.

Join us at the UCD Village on April 2nd at 1pm for Walk for Life - a short 3km walk to raise funds for the Irish Cancer Society. There will be live music and it promises to be a fantastic lunchtime event for a very worthy cause!

The Department of Preventive Medicine and Health Promotion at St. Vincent’s University Hospital (SVUH) proudly announces the return of the annual Health Fair on Wednesday, April 9th, 2025. The event will take place from 10-2pm on the 1st Floor Atrium of SVUH, Elm Park, Dublin 4.

We were delighted to collaborate with the fantastic UCDSU again and support the revision week breakfasts and hot dinners every day this week. A massive thank you to the Cafe Brava team for being so efficient and supplying the hot food!

The UCD Sustainable Food Fest took place yesterday and was a fantastic afternoon of workshops from @AirfieldEstate and @RediscoveryCtr. It was great to collaborate with @ucdplaneat and other societies/ organisations within UCD and to see such an interest in food sustainability!

HEAL (Healthy Eating, Active Living) Week has kicked off in UCD! It is a joint initiative between Healthy UCD and MSc Dietetics and MSc Physiotherapy students to promote health initiatives on campus aimed at making the healthier choice the easier one. Scan the code for more info!
